Terms of Service

TrimHQ gives barber shops and salons a dashboard, a public shop page, online booking and client management tools. Customers booking through a shop's page enter into the appointment with that shop, not with us.

You must provide accurate details, keep them up to date and keep your password safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

New accounts get a 14-day free trial of the Basic plan with no card required. After that a monthly subscription (Basic, Pro or Ultimate) is required at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Plan changes take effect immediately with a prorated charge or credit. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

When a customer pays a shop online for an appointment, we charge the shop a 1% platform fee. Payments made at the shop carry no fee. Each shop sets its own appointment cancellation rules.

You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, accessing other accounts' data, distributing malware, unauthorised security probing or scraping, or reverse engineering or reselling the service.

The TrimHQ software, documentation and branding are owned by Loucas Soteriou. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. Data you enter stays yours; you allow us to host and process it only to provide the service.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. After an account is deleted, its data is permanently erased after a 30-day grace period.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or your rights under consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country. The courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.
